general policy is to act as a developer of services and products. For
instance, Creative Discount Design provides
videographer service, transfer video tapes to DVDs, edit video
tapes, and video events.
Creative Discount Design has certain legal and ethical responsibilities
consisting with the use of its services.
LAWFUL
PURPOSE
Creative
Discount Design will not support communication of any material in
violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation that is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material
legally judged to be threatening or obscene and material protected by
trade secrets. Creative Discount Design will not host any obscene, adult
or pornographic material, or any other material which we believe to be
offensive, including, but not limited to, pornography, adult
materials, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult
nature.
COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY
Your privacy is
the utmost importance to us. At Creative Discount Design we want to make
your experience satisfying and safe. Because we gather certain types of
information about our customers or users, we feel you should fully
understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of
that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we
gather and how we use it. The information allows us to better tailor our
content to help better understand the audience or customers would like

divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

CANCELLATION
Creative
Discount Design reserves the right to postpone or cancel a customer's
access to any or all services provided by Creative Discount Design when
we decide that the account has been inappropriately used or not paid
within 10 business days. If Creative Discount Design bring about it's
right of cancellation, no pro-rated fees will be credited or compensated
as policies have been violated. If granted consent in writing, Creative
Discount Design will use your account for the purpose of maintaining a
web site only, with responsibility and respect toward other Internet
users. Creative Discount Design has the right to reject business to a
customer, if this customer is constantly having billing problems (such
as personal checks that have been denied way too often).
Customers
can cancel service any time by sending email to
sales@creativediscountdesign.com.
We request to hear a reason for cancellation. Reason for cancellation is
mandatory in order to receive refund. Your refund will be prorated.
Since Creative Discount Design operates a conditional money-back
guarantee, any given reason may not be classified as sufficient reason
for a refund request.
DISCLAIMER
Creative
Discount Design will not be responsible for any damages your business
may suffer. Creative Discount Design makes no warranties of any kind,
spoken or implied for services we make available. Creative Discount
Design denies any warranty or merchantability for a particular purpose.
This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong
delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Creative
Discount Design. Creative Discount Design reserves the right to modify
its policies at any occasion without prior notification.
FEES AND TERMS
Projects are
usually based on a flat fee and the job is not done until you are
satisfied. You will always get a firm written quote before any work
commences. There will never be any additional charges unless they are
authorized in advance and supported by an estimate for additional work
and charges signed by the client.
Video/Design Production: The
Client shall make a $50 deposit to retain Creative Discount Design to
perform the services specified herein and to reserve the date. The
deposit is non-refundable. Videos take 3-4 weeks from your
event date. Client understands the finished
product is theirs in it’s entirely upon receipt of full payment. PAYMENT
OPTIONS: Full payment of service is due one (1) week before the
event date. Or client can pay half the
payment one (1) week before the event and the
remaining balance after the event or product
is completed. (The product will not be released until payment is in
full. If product is not paid in within 90 days after the event date, the
project will be purged with no refund.) This time
limit is to prevent projects from dragging on and on which substantially
increases the time and work we must do. Final
product will only be released
to the client upon receipt of and bank clearance of the final payment in
full.
It is much more
efficient to start and finish a project quickly. Legitimate delays can
be negotiated. We recognize that you have a boss or a committee to cope
with in getting approvals and such.

Engraving and Personalization Information
All gifts
can be personalized with one or more of the following: Names, Initials,
Dates etc. Please enter and review your personalization carefully.
Please note, all dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007).
Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as
you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters,
numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, or *. Do not type in
all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you
want the item to appear. We are unable to reproduce international
characters (characters with accents marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter
only characters that appear on standard American keyboards. Most gifts
can accommodate multiple lines of engraving. If a Monogram is desired,
please specify "Monogram Font" when ordering. The initials for a
Monogram should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial.
All personalization is included in the pricing.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Gift orders are shipped
within 5-6 business days. Please
place orders in advance to avoid a rush fee ($15.00).
Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been received
without a $30.00 change fee.
All orders ship via UPS ground unless a shipping upgrade is specified.
CDD cannot be responsible for missing
information if left off order.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages
Please
inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported
within 2 business days of delivery date.
PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately due
to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage
and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any
merchandise. All sales are final. Any
defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to
CDD for inspection must be properly packaged;
CDD will not be responsible for any further damages due to
improper return packaging. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish
to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning.
CDD will gladly reimburse return shipment
costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise
returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement).
Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will
be reimbursed. CDD will pay to ship authorized
replacements via UPS ground service only. Please place your gift order
at least 4 weeks prior to event date; this
will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.
